Use your MD recorder as a PDA
-
Keep a disk called telephone numbers and store people's names and
telephone numbers as track titles. Sort them in the order you want by moving
tracks around. If you have a microphone, record notes about the person or
conversation. Be a little more tricky and record DTMF tones of the telephone
number and let your MD do the dialing for you.
- Keep a second disk as voice memos. You don't need one of these restrictive
memory-based voice organizers - simply add a small mic to your MD recorder
and record notes on the go. Delete, move and title notes. In Mono mode your
disc will hold twice the capacity - that's a lot of talking. Great for new
years resolutions.
